Every year, this magazine reminds me why the work we do at the West Hills Community
College District matters.
Behind every program, partnership, and milestone is a person whose life has been changed through education. In these pages, you'll meet students who found the confidence to pursue their dreams, faculty and staff who inspire success every day, and community partners whose support creates opportunities that would not otherwise exist.
This year, one word ties every story together: opportunity.
Whether it's expanding bachelor's degree pathways, strengthening workforce partnerships, investing in STEM education, or helping students overcome barriers, our district is committed to ensuring every student has the chance to build a brighter future.
